All complaints and reconsideration requests will be notified to Nik Bazdid through the following ways:
- By candidate and at the exam center.
- By submitting information at Nik Bazdid (www.nikbazdid.com) website.
Complaints and reconsideration requests will be reviewed in a meeting included of CAB manager and HSEQ manager, after gathering required information, if the complaints or reconsideration request is not confirmed, the request will be rejected and the rejection shall be notified to candidate, it should be noted that all complaints received from candidates will be considered completely confidential at the Nik Bazdid.
At the end of each exam, Feedback Forms will be distributed among candidates. The candidates express their satisfaction or dissatisfaction i.e. any suggestion or criticisms except exam questions, about conducting exam procedure through this form. Nik Bazdid will take action to improve the performance of the organization after reviewing the Feedback Form.
